Since our last construction photo, work has been busily progressing and we are heading full steam towards the planned move-in in August. The anticipation couldn&#8217;t be greater! <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Next Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>June\/July:<\/strong> Floor coating, installation of electrical and pneumatic systems, the fire-protected IT server and the access control system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End of July:<\/strong> Start of interior setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>August:<\/strong> Move-in with the relocation of milling centers and the machine park, installation of an intelligent inventory management system and e-charging stations for customer and employee vehicles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autumn:<\/strong> Installation of a PV system with a buffer storage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new MAXXOM headquarters in Oberhofen is taking shape more and more!
